Changes to the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Convention effective from July 2016 introduced mandatory weight verification for all shipping containers. Equipment used to operate ‘Method 1 and 2’ weight verification must be calibrated and certified under the requirements set out by SOLAS.

The instruments Sensortronic Australia provides are all approved and trade-verified under the relevant guidelines and meet all state and federal compliance requirements.
